Job summary

The Landline Company at Wilmington, DE is seeking part-time Airport Customer Service Representatives to assist customers at the Wilmington DE Airport in a welcoming and professional manner.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years in customer service, and the ability to pass drug screens and background checks to obtain the required airport badge. The position includes early start times and benefits such as PTO and flight privileges.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with an Airline Passenger Service System is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and participate in random testing (USDOT safety-sensitive).
• Must pass background checks to obtain the required badge for access to secure airport areas.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; early start time requires dependable transport.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information about services.
• Assist customers with the boarding process.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Enter passenger information into reservations systems.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Load and unload baggage from vehicles and carousels.
• Maintain knowledge of Landline’s products and services.
• Carry out Ground Security Coordinator functions when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
