Advanced Air in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support our operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. This 100% on-site role requires you to deliver friendly, professional service to AA customers and manage reservations, check-in, and baggage.

You will handle phone inquiries, provide flight information, and assist with rebooking when needed while upholding TSA and FAA regulations. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer care.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, and baggage service.
• Communicate flight status and re-accommodation when needed.
• Process payments for tickets and travel vouchers.
• Ensure TSA, FAA, and airport regulations are followed.
• Maintain brand standards and customer relations.
