Qualifications

• Previous airline experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with aviation industry, ticketing or passenger service.

• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and counseling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize airline account revenues and profitability; control labor cost budgets.
• Ensure airline accounts operate to schedule and service level agreements.
• Oversee manpower planning and develop future leaders.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Build strong customer relations and retain key accounts.
• Coach, hire, and train the airline account team across departments.
• Enforce safety, security, and grooming standards.
• Process promotions, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
