Job summary

Network Runners, Inc. is seeking a Standardization and Evaluation Administrative Program Assistant to support the 347th Rescue Group at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia.

The SEAA will manage the administrative components of aircrew Stan/Eval programs across rescue group and squadron organizations. The role requires knowledge of DoD procedures, office software, and the ability to coordinate with multiple agencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of SEAA-related duties or general office experience.
• Knowledge of Air Force operational principles, policies, procedures, and scheduling systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor admin aspects of Stan/Eval programs and coordinate with squadrons and groups.
• Process, track, and file Stan/Eval forms, aircrew records, and related folders.
• Review records for accuracy and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic reports and briefing materials from evaluator feedback and inspections.
• Attend Stan/Eval boards and support inspection-readiness activities.
• Maintain PEX/FCIF libraries, publications, and related records.
• Support Self-Inspection programs and training continuity for personnel.
• Develop continuity guidance and training aids for new personnel.
