Job summary

Network Runners, Inc. seeks a full-time Standardization and Evaluation Administrative Program Assistant to support the 347th Rescue Group at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia.

The SEAA will manage, track, and quality-control administrative components of aircrew Stan/Eval programs across the rescue group and squadron organizations. The role involves processing and tracking Stan/Eval forms and aircrew records, coordinating with squadrons and MAJCOMs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum one year of SEAA-related duties or general office experience.
• Knowledge of Air Force principles, policies, procedures, training requirements, and scheduling systems; familiarity with DoD/FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative aspects of Stan/Eval programs and coordinate with squadrons and MAJCOMs.
• Process, track, and document Stan/Eval forms, aircrew records, Flight Evaluation Folders, and Check Ride In Progress folders.
• Review records for accuracy and coordinate corrective actions with database teams.
• Prepare periodic reports and Stan/Eval products; support inspections and staff visits.
• Maintain PEX/scheduling databases, FCIF libraries, and related records; support Self-Inspection Programs.
