Job summary

B3H is hiring a Stan/Eval Specialist to maintain aircrew evaluation records and support AMC flying squadrons in Dover, Delaware. The role includes maintaining testing materials, coordinating testing and evaluation requirements, and ensuring compliance with AFI guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in using GTIMS and ARMS systems. Candidates must excel in coordination with squadron leadership and possess strong data management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Stan/Eval office or comparable aviation operations support.
• Experience using GTIMS, ARMS, or equivalent systems.
• Ability to maintain records and track status effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flight testing materials and update data in relevant systems.
• Notify crewmembers and unit leadership of upcoming testing requirements.
• Generate required evaluation and training status reports.
