Job summary

B3H Corporation seeks an Aircrew Scheduling Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by building and maintaining flight schedules, tracking training and availability, coordinating with squadron leadership and support offices, and producing scheduling reports and authorizations.

Responsibilities include long- and short-range schedule development for aircrew and support personnel, daily coordination with leadership, and timely updates to training and flight data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aircrew scheduling, flying squadron operations, current operations, SARM/HARM support, aviation operations support, or comparable military aviation scheduling environment.
• Experience working with scheduling databases, training status inputs, and recurring scheduling reports.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, deadline-driven, medium- to high-stress operational environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with squadron leadership and support offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officer, NCO, SARM specialist, UDM and DO to arrange a schedule for operations and training to meet currency and progression standards.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew, instructor, evaluator, support personnel, and supervisor positions.
• Coordinate with senior squadron leadership daily and with simulator contractors as required for events.
• Track crewmember leave, TDY, medical appointments, and other scheduling commitments and de-conflict schedules.
• Monitor daily flight/ground/academic training requirements to facilitate accurate flight scheduling in support of the operations officer.
• Publish/post scheduling data for unit ground/academic, flying, and simulator training event schedules.
