Job summary

Verigent is seeking a capable scheduler to manage dynamic flight and training schedules in a high-stress aviation environment. You will coordinate with officers, NCOs, and contractors to ensure proper coverage and compliance with ORM and Stan/Eval guidance.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of scheduling experience, interim Secret clearance, and strong MS Office skills. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Interim Secret clearance required.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training staff to arrange schedules for operations and training to meet currency and progression standards.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to cover aircrew, instructors, evaluators and support staff.
• Coordinate with senior leadership daily and weekly.
• Coordinate with simulator contractors for events as required.
• Track leaves, TDYs, medical appointments and other commitments.
• Track training requirements and optimize flight scheduling to mitigate ORM per guidance.
