Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft in Alcoa, TN is seeking a Scheduler/Dispatcher to create and maintain flight operations schedules for training, corporate flights, and events. You will coordinate with Flight Operations, Executive teams, and other departments, ensuring schedules are realistic and compliant with FAA requirements.

Responsibilities include data management, record-keeping, and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while anticipating capacity and demand to support timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Aviation Management, Business Management or related field, or 3 years of aircraft scheduling experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or related field.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers per Cirrus standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and maintain an efficient, safe flight operations schedule across departments.
• Coordinate with Flight Training Account Management, Flight Operations, and Delivery to adjust schedules.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and Cirrus policies.
