Job summary

V2X is seeking a Maintenance Control Supervisor with extensive aircraft maintenance experience to oversee maintenance programs and coordinate daily operations. The role requires supervisory skills, knowledge of NAV directives, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Travel to support maintenance recovery teams and detachment duties may be required. Candidates must have strong written communication, familiarity with maintenance manuals, and the ability to lead teams in

Qualifications

• Extensive background in aircraft maintenance and material support.
• Six years supervisory experience including workload planning and shift oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance efforts with Maintenance Manager and Site Manager.
• Direct productive efforts of work center Leads to meet maintenance requirements.
• Ensure records are accurate and timely; prepare reports.
• Provide instruction and technical guidance on maintenance methods.
• Review ADB for discrepancies and ensure proper inspections are completed.
