Job summary

V2X is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily aircraft and equipment maintenance for the assigned squadron. You will plan, coordinate, and enforce operations in line with contract requirements, policy, and safety standards.

Expect collaboration with government and contractor personnel, with payroll and reporting duties as needed. The role requires extensive aircraft maintenance experience, DoD clearance eligibility, and the ability to work any shift.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering, business, logistics, management, math, sciences or aeronautics with 3+ years Navy experience.
• Extensive aircraft maintenance and material support background.
• 10+ years field experience, 8 of last 10 in direct aircraft maintenance supervision.
• Experience supervising daily flight operations and DoD coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance of aircraft and equipment at the squadron level.
• Plan, coordinate, and regulate maintenance operations per policy and contract.
• Communicate with Government authorities and contractor teams to define requirements.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and wage data as part of payroll processes.
