Job summary

V2X is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee daily maintenance control of aircraft, directing a small team and coordinating tasks to ensure safety and readiness for flight. You will review reports, manage schedules, and provide guidance to junior staff in accordance with military standards.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with an emphasis on compliance with aviation maintenance publications and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Leadership and administrative skills to provide guidance across a field team.
• Ability to plan and schedule maintenance work requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret data and maintenance directives.
• Must possess a valid US state driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance control of aircraft at direction of senior managers.
• Define and assign shift and task responsibilities; organize daily work.
• Ensure aircraft records are updated and accurate; review reports and databases.
• Manage cannibalization actions and work requests; schedule plan meetings.
• Release aircraft safe for flight and ensure readiness per flight schedule.
