Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a Maintenance Control Clerk to coordinate aircraft maintenance actions, schedule inspections, and provide guidance to the Maintenance Control team. The role requires knowledge of maintenance manuals, records, and coordination with Supply for cannibalization.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 5 years of aviation maintenance/production control experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD CAC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Satisfactory completion of U.S. Armed Forces aviation maintenance courses (or equivalent curriculum), or five (5) years of on-the-job training/experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in military or civilian aviation maintenance/production control and scheduling.
• Must meet all Government/Company licensing and qualification requirements for the position.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC (Commons Access Card)

Responsibilities

• Performs the duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Control Clerk and Aircraft Issuer/Dispatcher classifications.
• Establishes and maintains a maintenance system inspection schedule and assists in assigning work priorities to maintenance actions.
• Schedules all maintenance actions, including daily inspections, corrosion inspections, flight schedules, washes, and inspections.
• Oversees the Configuration Management Program and authorizes cannibalization while liaising with Supply.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work center and adheres to FOD prevention and TCP rules.
• Screens maintenance actions for post-maintenance check flight requirements and prepares readiness reports.
