Job summary

V2X Inc in Maryland is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee daily maintenance of aircraft, lead a field team of up to ten, and ensure safe, compliant operations in accordance with directives and schedules. You will review reports, maintain aircraft records, and coordinate with supervisory staff to optimize performance.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), DoD clearance ability, and desirable A&P certification.

Qualifications

• Must possess leadership and administrative skills to guide a field team.
• Knowledge of Safe working techniques and procedures.
• Ability to plan and schedule maintenance work requirements.
• Working knowledge of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and NAMP/NALCOMIS.
• Must have a valid US State driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance control of aircraft as directed.
• Define shift responsibilities and organize daily tasks.
• Ensure aircraft records are updated and maintained.
• Manage aircraft and assets per instructions and fight schedule.
• Release aircraft safe for flight.
• May assist in planning meetings and detachment duties.
