Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Control Supervisor to oversee aircraft maintenance operations in Key West, FL. The role requires deep expertise in maintenance control, coordination with site leadership, and supervising teams to ensure on-time, compliant completions.

The ideal candidate has at least ten years in aircraft maintenance, including six in a supervisory capacity, and strong familiarity with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and related manuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years experience in aircraft maintenance within the last 15 years.
• Six years in a supervisory position with workload and shift duties.
• Knowledge of applicable technical directives and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to write with clarity and technical accuracy.
• Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Possess expertise in control and coordination of aircraft maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance effort with Maintenance Manager and Site Manager.
• Provide direction to Maintenance Control and leads to accomplish maintenance requirements.
• Direct productive efforts of staff to ensure timely completion of maintenance.
