Job summary

Leadership In Flight Training Academy in Tuskegee, AL seeks an experienced maintenance supervisor responsible for all aircraft maintenance and modifications in compliance with FAA and company policies.

You will manage schedules, ensure training and licenses, oversee tooling, records, and vendor services, and lead a team to maintain airworthiness.

Candidates should hold an FAA A&P license, IA desirable, and have strong knowledge of CFR parts 43, 65, 91, 145; willing to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• Inspector Authorization IA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance complies with CFRs, FAA regs, and company policies.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance, track work-in-progress.
• Oversee training, licenses, and staff development.

• Maintain manuals, records, and maintenance computer systems.
