Job summary

Aviation Service Partners in Albertville, Alabama, is seeking a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) to lead maintenance on commercial, regional jet, turboprop, and general aviation aircraft. You will mentor junior technicians and ensure FAA compliance while maintaining safety and quality in a dynamic shop.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interpret complex manuals and FAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate.
• 3–7 years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience with commercial, regional jet, turboprop, or general aviation aircraft.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and FAA regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement.
• Lead maintenance operations on commercial, regional jet, turboprop, and general aviation aircraft.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, and flight control systems.
• Read and interpret AMMs, IPCs, SRMs, wiring diagrams, and work cards.
• Mentor junior technicians and lead by example in safety and quality.
