Job summary

Republic Airways is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in preventive maintenance, repairs and modifications on aircraft and related equipment while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.

You will coach technicians, review work orders, coordinate with supervision and ensure accurate documentation and tool calibration. A valid FAA A&P license and prior lead experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with FAA A&P license.
• One year experience in aircraft maintenance or related field.
• Strong reading and interpretation of safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine maintenance reports and correspondence.
• Proven supervisory or lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads mechanics in preventive maintenance, repair and modifications per CFR and FAA standards.
• Oversees work inside hangar, ramp, and terminal areas ensuring safety first.
• Directs troubleshooting, work orders and calibration checks on tooling.
• Ensures proper documentation, records, and shift turnover are complete.
• Coaches and trains team members, provides performance feedback.
• Maintains compliance with GMM, supplier specs and company procedures.
