AerSale, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor/Project Lead to oversee aircraft maintenance activities, manage a team of mechanics, and ensure adherence to FAA regulations.

The role requires 5+ years of aviation experience and an A&P license, with a preference for an aviation business degree. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to schedule work, monitor budgets, and drive safety and quality across maintenance operations.

Formación

• Advanced computer skills (MS Office) and ability to interpret drawings/blueprints.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage safety, budgets, and FAA/regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor attendance and performance, and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate with Planning to establish budgets, goals, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure PM and FAA regulations are adhered to during all operations.
• Lead daily meetings, manage shift turnover, and provide data for planning.
