Job summary

Leadership In Flight Training Academy is seeking a qualified maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, repair, and modifications on aircraft and related equipment. You will adhere to 14 CFR, manufacturer specifications, and FAA/OSHA standards while working in hangar and outdoor environments.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and an FAA A&P license, plus the ability to use a computer for information lookup and data input.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, repair, modifications and other maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment in compliance with 14 CFR, manufacturers specifications, Company policy and FAA/OSHA standards.
• Troubleshoots all aircraft systems and executes maintenance work orders.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment and adheres to safety procedures at all times.
• Submits maintenance records, documents and work orders and assists with shift turnover reports.
