Job summary

Air Transport International seeks a Station Manager to lead a field maintenance team, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with FAA requirements. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating scheduling and resources, and maintaining oversight of maintenance activities at the assigned station.

The position requires an A&P license, five years of line maintenance experience, and one year of supervisory experience, with willingness to travel and maintain compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years transport category aircraft line maintenance experience.
• One (1) year transport category aircraft line maintenance supervision experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Travel required.
• Passport or ability to obtain travel documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and assess all station personnel to ensure airworthiness of Company aircraft.
• Coordinate scheduling of aircraft and personnel within budget.
• Ensure procedures, documentation and certifications comply with FAA and company manuals.
• Provide training to station personnel in qualifications and authorizations.
• Act as liaison with FAA, flight crews, customers, vendors and senior management.
