Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking an Interior Upholstery Technician for the 2nd shift in Chattanooga, TN. The role involves repairing, refurbishing and reinstalling aircraft interior upholstery components, including seats and panels, with daily tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Expect to work Monday-Thursday, 3pm-1am, with a 10–15% shift premium, paid lunch, and eligibility for transfer to 1st shift after 3 years. Benefits start at hire, including medical, dental and 401K match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license is ideal but not required.
• FAA guidelines compliance and safety rules knowledge.
• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Repair, refurbishment and reinstallation of interior upholstery on aircraft.
• Remove and install seats, panels and other interior items; disassembly and modification as needed.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organize tools and materials.
• Communicate clearly with team leaders and follow directions.
