Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. seeks an Embraer Aircraft Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Chattanooga, TN.

This full-time, on-site role includes performing mechanical tasks, panel removal/installations, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring compliance with FAA guidelines. The position offers a Monday-Thursday schedule (3pm–1am) with a 10–15% shift premium, paid lunch, 3-day weekends, and access to formal airframe training with potential to transfer to 1st shift after three years.

Qualifications

• Airframe or Powerplant license required; Airframe license preferred.
• 0-2 years aviation maintenance experience for AMT I.
• 2-4 years aviation maintenance experience for AMT II.
• 4-6+ years aviation maintenance experience for AMT III.
• 6+ years aviation maintenance experience for AMT IV (Master).
