Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking an Interior Technician for 2nd shift in Perryville, MO. You will perform interior mechanical tasks on private aircraft, including installation and removal of carpeting, insulation, and fabric accessories, while supporting weight and balance data and basic electrical work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for airline travel and/or passport is ideal.
• Ability to work in a hangar/shop environment and follow FAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft interiors and related systems.
• Carry out minor modifications with minimal direction.
• Maintain turnover sheets, work orders, and weight & balance data.
• Maintain shop facilities and tools; ensure clean workspaces.
• Navigate electronic training manuals and maintenance databases.
• Communicate clearly in English with team and supervisors.
• Assist in major modification work as needed.
