Job summary

dnata Ground Service Agent Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of 5 to 10 agents in loading and unloading aircraft, guiding planes to/from gates, and ensuring safe, on-time operations. The role requires strong supervision, safety awareness, and coordination with flight crews and ground personnel.

The supervisor will operate ground support equipment, monitor regulatory compliance, and collaborate with other departments to meet airline schedules while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license and FAA/Airport identifications/seals or authorizations.
• Able to pass SIDA airport and training tests.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer literacy.
• 1–2 years Ground Service Agent or Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5 to 10 agents responsible for loading/unloading aircraft.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Load, unload, and transport bags and cargo to/from aircraft and carts.
• Operate ground support equipment (tow tractors, belt loaders, etc.).
• Maintain safety and security on the ramp and follow safety policies.
• Communicate with ground personnel and flight crews.
• Follow all applicable regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time flights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
