Job summary

gategroup in the United States seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee dock operations, coordinating kitchen-to-driver activities and ensuring on-time departures for flights. You will manage a team of drivers and assistants, enforce safety, and uphold airline and company standards across multiple accounts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with ServSafe/safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing/food production or catering.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and driver assistants; coordinate services between kitchen and drivers.
• Ensure quality production standards for all accounts and timely departures.
• Maintain safety procedures and airport badging requirements; ensure regulatory compliance.
