Job summary

Million Air in Sanford, FL is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to customers and pilots. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and handle invoicing and prep for incoming aircraft.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, a valid driving record, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will join a team focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and hospitality, with benefits including a 401(k), PTO, and medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in a service industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level position available.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Zero tolerance drug-free employer with pre-employment and random screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including reservations.
• Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots.
• Proactive preparation for incoming aircraft.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or concerns.
• Partner with line service team to meet customer expectations.
• Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages.
• Maintain neat front desk, lobby, and FBO areas.
