Million Air Hawaiʻi in Kapolei is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, provide concierge services, and coordinate ground support for arriving and departing aircraft. You will invoice services, log customer preferences, and support a warm, professional guest experience in a fast-paced aviation setting.

The role requires evenings and weekend availability, a high school diploma, reliable driving, and a clean record.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide concierge services for pilots and customers, including reservations.
• Invoice for services rendered to customers and pilots.
• Record customer preferences in Million Air internal system.
• Prepare for incoming aircraft and assist as needed.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with line service to meet/exceed service expectations.
• Keep hospitality area stocked and front desk area neat.
