Job summary

NetJets Services, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Closing and Contract Coordinator to support QS Partners in drafting brokerage and acquisition agreements and coordinating whole aircraft closings.

You will liaise with escrow agents, legal counsel, FAA, OEMs, and internal NetJets teams to ensure compliant, accurate documentation and timely transactions. This role can be remote in Oklahoma or in-office at our Columbus, OH headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex transactions with government agencies, escrow agents, and legal professionals.
• Be detail oriented, reliable, efficient, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks independently.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work accurately with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, and manages brokerage and acquisition agreements, invoices, and other transactional documents for QS Partners clients.
• Coordinates QS Partners brokerage and acquisition transactions with the sales team and clients, escrow agents, legal counsel, FAA, and NetJets units.
• Manages transaction checklists, closing files, signature requirements, and deadlines for accuracy and timeliness.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of whole aircraft transaction practices, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
