NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Crew and Contract Support Generalist in Columbus, OH to serve as single point of contact for bargaining group inquiries and contract clarification.

The role emphasizes onboarding, lifecycle event support, and building internal networks across remote locations to deliver high-quality service to employees. The position requires an Associate's in HR or Business and 4–6 years of related experience, plus PHR or SPHR certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's in Human Resources or Business is required or preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification is advantageous.
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar HR/contract support role.

Responsibilities

• Onboard employees and manage forms, IT requests, and lifecycle events.
• Develop trust with bargaining group employees and maintain relationships at remote locations.
• Handle non-critical tasks and resolve inquiries per SBAs and policies.
• Support Labor and Employee Relations with direct employee communications.
• Travel quarterly to Service Hubs to build partner relationships.
