Job summary

NetJets seeks an Aircraft Closing and Contract Coordinator to support contract management and whole aircraft closings for QS Partners. You will draft brokerage and acquisition agreements, coordinate closings with escrow agents, legal counsel, and FAA, and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.

The role involves collaboration with NetJets teams and external partners to facilitate efficient aircraft transactions, with remote work option in Oklahoma or in-office at Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex transactions, including working with government agencies, escrow agents, and legal professionals.
• Detail oriented, reliable, efficient, able to complete critical tasks independently.
• Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle a high volume of work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, and manages brokerage and acquisition agreements and related documentation for QS Partners clients.
• Coordinates brokerage and acquisition transactions with QS Partners sales team, clients, escrow agents, and legal teams.
• Manages transaction checklists, closing files, signature requirements, and deadlines to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of whole aircraft transaction practices and regulatory requirements.
