Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development - Airborne Comms (Remote) to fuel growth of airborne communication solutions across military and government markets. You will partner with program management and engineering leadership to shape capture strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and pursue strategic opportunities in a highly regulated environment.

A strong background in defense communications and DoD concepts is required, with the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in military, government, or defense electronics industries.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in military, government, or defense electronics roles.
• Strong background in U.S. DoD CONOPS and airborne communication systems.
• Experience with PMA-209, OPNAV and related organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program management and engineering leads to capture new business in military airborne communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while forecasting new opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to present strategic growth opportunities.
• Continuously scan for business and strategic growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare competitor profiles and conduct financial analysis for potential acquisitions.
• Network with senior personnel and represent the organization on significant projects.
