Collins Aerospace seeks a seasoned Program Manager for military airborne communications, supporting US DoD CONOPS. This fully remote role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance; proximity to Washington DC is preferred.

The candidate will work with program management and engineering to pursue new opportunities, forecast growth, and maintain DoD customer relationships while navigating procurement processes and PMA-209/OPNAV interactions.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance required.
• Experience with military airborne communications systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program management and engineering to identify and capture new business in the military airborne comms market.
• Develop forecasts and build relationships with customers and DoD stakeholders.
• Present strategic growth opportunities and conduct market/competitive analysis.
