RTX Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly experienced leader to drive new business in the military airborne communications market. The role collaborates with program management and engineering to pursue opportunities, forecast growth, and maintain relationships with DoD customers.

Ideal candidates bring extensive DoD program experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes. This is a fully remote role with proximity to Washington DC preferred.

Qualifications

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in military, government or defense electronics positions.

• Uncover, pursue and capture new business in the military airborne communication market.
• Develops and presents strategic growth opportunities with market and competitive analysis.
• Lead cross-functional, cross-enterprise teams and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare profiles on competitors and potential acquisition candidates with financial analysis.
