Ladders is seeking an Integrated Communications Manager to join a leader in Aerospace & Defense. This remote role will shape and coordinate communications supporting key priorities, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver messaging for customers, internal audiences, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities include campaign planning, project execution, and communications support for tradeshows and strategic initiatives. Location: Remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience executing integrated communications strategies in a corporate setting.
• Proven ability to manage communication initiatives across a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical skills to assess communication and marketing data for decision‑making.
• No security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing and customer communications for integrated campaigns
• Support planning and execution of communication campaigns aligned with business goals
• Lead project management for communications campaigns, tracking milestones and budgets
• Build relationships with communications partners and cross-functional teams
• Create dynamic written communications and presentations
