Job summary

SP+ is hiring for a Curbside Concierge – Airline Check-in Agent at a busy airport curbside in Windsor Locks, CT. The role requires standing outdoors, early shifts, and weekend availability to greet guests and assist with check-in and baggage processing.

You will verify itineraries, charge for bags, tag luggage, and provide boarding passes while maintaining a high level of customer service in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Able to work in early morning rotations.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and push luggage cages.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background checks.
• Must complete airline compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk and assist with check-in.
• Assist guests with luggage check-in and verify itineraries.
• Input guest information for enrollment in the process.
• Process luggage payments and overweight fees as required.
• Tag luggage and provide boarding passes and receipts.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor and answer guest questions.
