Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing discussion-ready, Excel-based dashboards.
• Proficient in sourcing datasets from SQL with understanding of relational schemas.
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and Star Schema design.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational control guidance and support to pilots and staff.
• Monitor weather data and advise on operational windows for air ambulance transports.
• Prepare operational reports for leadership and improve flight operations processes.
• Collaborate with Central Communications Center and Maintenance Control.
• Develop and test Company EAP/PAIP procedures and training materials.
