Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EMS flight experience as a pilot with 200 night hours and 100 instrument hours.
• Commercial helicopter instrument rating; ATP preferred.
• Ability to communicate weather and risk factors clearly to pilots and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor air medical flights and assist pilots with weather updates.
• Coordinate with communications, base pilots, and dispatch personnel.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety policies.
• Mentor and advise pilots on flight decision-making under pressure.
