Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Program Manager to lead a base, ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care and efficient operations in line with SOPs and CAMTS rules.

You will direct leadership, crew management, budgeting, marketing and stakeholder relations, hire staff, assess performance and maintain compliance with company standards. The role requires nursing, paramedic, or respiratory care background and supervisory experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a registered nurse, paramedic or respiratory care practitioner preferred.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to design, execute and measure a business/marketing plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead base leadership and team development.
• Direct crew management, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Develop and monitor annual base budgets and financial plans.
• Oversee customer relations, marketing and regional business development.
• Ensure CAMTS compliance and alignment with company standards.
• Represent the company in meetings and coordinate local leadership.
