Qualifications

• 3+ years of Air Import experience with leadership/supervisory responsibilities.
• Flexible with work schedule and able to manage changing priorities.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide departmental support and supervise the Air Import staff.
• Interact with customers, brokers, subcontractors and other internal departments.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Collect and analyze department data to support goals.
• Train Import staff and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Issue freight bills and invoices; pursue collection of unpaid invoices.
• Monitor staff performance and scheduling; maintain high service quality.
• Develop relationships with overseas branches and sales teams to retain and grow business.
