You will coordinate with customers, carriers and internal teams while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in air import with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a solid grasp of import documentation, regulatory compliance, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher level in a related field; equivalent industry experience considered.
• 5+ years in air import operations with 2+ years in supervision or management.
• Strong knowledge of air import docs, compliance, and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to handle deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with TMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of air import coordinators for smooth operations.
• Monitor import flow to meet customer requirements and policies.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Resolve shipment issues including delays, damages, and customs problems.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation such as air waybills and invoices.
