Quick USA Inc. is seeking a full-time Air Import Coordinator in Wood Dale, IL to support air freight import operations. The role involves coordinating inbound air shipments, reviewing import documentation, handling customs clearance, and delivering to customers, while liaising with overseas agents and vendors.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor air import shipments from origin to final destination
• Review and process import documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate customs clearance with customs brokers and arrange cargo delivery
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, vendors, airlines, and trucking companies regarding shipment status and any issues
• Track inbound shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare invoices and verify vendor and carrier invoices as needed
• Perform other related operational and administrative tasks as required
