AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Air Import Operations Agent III to coordinate day-to-day air import activities for international shipments into the USA. You will manage documentation, data entry in CargoWise,customer requirements and scheduling, and ensure timely billing and problem resolution.

The role requires 3–5 years in air import operations, familiarity with ITAR/DG regulations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of industry experience in air import operations.
• ITAR and Dangerous Goods knowledge preferred.
• CargoWise experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day air import operations and data entry in CargoWise.
• Prepare accurate and profitable quotations.
• Manage shipments, documentation, and regulatory requirements for quotations and operations.
• Track shipments, communicate delays or issues, and resolve problems with customers and partners.
• Ensure shipments are billed within guidelines and timelines.
• Coordinate delivery/recovery schedules with cartage agents and international partners.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to communicate issues to customers and partners.
