Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Air Export Agent III to coordinate the day-to-day export of international shipments into and out of the USA, across all modes of transportation. The role focuses on operational excellence and a world-class customer service experience for all customers.

Responsibilities include quoting, booking, documentation, AES data handling, tracking, and profitability checks, with a strong emphasis on CargoWise proficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Certified CargoWise Specialist CCO and CCS preferred.
• Proficiency with CargoWise and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate customer orders and documentation.
• Identify best routing and transit options per request.
• Secure quotations from vendors and confirm acceptance.
• Coordinate bookings and inland carriage.
• Track cargo and update milestones in system.
• Prepare and file AES data (if applicable).
• Issue invoices and distribute documents as required.
• Provide responsive customer service and reporting.
