Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• 4–6 years freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Dangerous Goods Certification preferred.
• Certified CargoWise Specialist (CCS) required.
• Certified CargoWise Specialist, CCS preferred.
• Proficiency with CargoWise software or similar systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day air export shipments across modes based on customer requests.
• Identify best routing and transit options per SOP.
• Obtain quotations from vendors for potential order costs.
• Issue quotations and confirm acceptance with customers or overseas offices.
• Manage TSA Known Shipper checks and air waybill documentation.
• Track flight departures and update milestones in the system.
