Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Air Export Agent III to coordinate day-to-day export of international freight shipments into/out of the USA. The role emphasizes high operational excellence and world-class customer service across all transport modes.

The candidate will manage documentation, routing, quotations, bookings, and milestone updates while ensuring compliance with Incoterms, AES, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent.
• 4-6 years freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Dangerous Goods Certification preferred.
• Certified CargoWise Specialist CCS preferred.
• Proficiency with CargoWise required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate customer orders and documentation.
• Identify best routing and transit options per request.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and confirm acceptance.
• Issue quotations and confirm, as well as deliver booking confirmations.
• Track flight departures and update milestones.
• Distribute documents per SOP and manage customer reporting.
