Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Air imports or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track cargo arrivals via web with origin and warehouse details.
• Receive and route customer service transmissions before flight arrival.
• Report missing documents or packages to customer service and origin.
• Enter and forward transmissions to generate operations.
• Generate notices of arrival and dispatch to warehouses.
• Create invoices for freight and handling on cargo arrival.
• Coordinate sending documents to customers by courier.
• Issue insurance according to service instructions.
• Comply with customs transmissions per regulations.
• Notify clients promptly of cargo arrival.
• Daily tracking of pending flights and delays.
