• Enter and maintain shipment data in CargoWise and other systems.
• Track customs clearance status and delivery milestones.
• Communicate with airlines, brokers, trucking providers, warehouses and internal teams.
• Support billing accuracy by reviewing duties, fees and charges.
• Maintain organized shipment records and assist during peak periods.
