JAS Worldwide is seeking a senior gateway operations leader to oversee all air gateway import and export activities in the United States. You will drive efficiency, negotiate with carriers, and align operational procedures with corporate standards to ensure top service levels.

The role requires 4+ years in gateway/air freight consolidation and 4+ years in a leadership capacity, with strong budgeting, analytics, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and industry experience will be considered.
• 5-7 years of freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics experience.
• 4+ years of Gateway, HUB, or air freight consolidation operations experience.
• 4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all Air Gateway import and export operations in accordance with JAS policies and best practices.
• Ensure highest levels of service quality for internal branch customers, overseas partners, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost management.
