Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience handling air freight shipments or equivalent.
• Knowledge of US export compliance preferred.
• Experience in freight forwarding is preferred.
• Geographical knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/coordinate documentation for air transportation.
• Coordinate with US federal agencies and foreign counterparts.
• Communicate with authorities, customers, and suppliers across territories.
• Track shipments and update customers on status.
• Audit files for accuracy and completeness.
